About Sarah.
I work with ambitious women who have always been capable.
The ones who handle everything.
Who build.
Who lead.
Who carry more than most people realize.
I understand this world because I’ve lived in it.
Before stepping fully into this work, I spent over a decade operating in high-pressure environments in real estate investment.Â
Performance wasn’t optional. Output was expected. Discipline was normal.
And like many high-capacity women, I learned how to override my body’s signals in order to keep going.
For years, I studied yoga, nutrition, stress physiology, nervous system science, and hormone health. I immersed myself in the mechanics of how the body regulates energy, recovery, and performance.
But what changed my work wasn’t another certification.
It was recognizing a pattern.Â
High-performing women don’t collapse dramatically.
Â
They destabilize quietly.
They compensate.
They tighten discipline.
They push through.
Until their sleep becomes inconsistent.
Their energy unpredictable.
Their clarity harder to access.
And that’s the moment it starts to feel personal.
Not because they’re weak. But because their identity has always been built on reliability.
Â
When your body becomes inconsistent, it doesn’t just feel frustrating. It feels like losing control.
